The Protein Engineering & Regulation Lab at KIST Gangneung — part of the Natural Products Drug Discovery Group — is recruiting postdoctoral researchers (Ph.D.), intern researchers (M.S.), and Ph.D. graduate students on a rolling basis to advance our pipeline toward globally innovative biopharmaceuticals. In vitro and in vivo mechanism-of-action studies, efficacy evaluation, and optimization of the lab's peptide drug pipeline. Suited to researchers with backgrounds in cell biology, immunology, pharmacology, or related life-science disciplines.
Design and engineering of proteins and peptides, structural analysis, and activity profiling. Suited to researchers with experience in protein engineering, directed evolution, display technologies, or structural / computational biology.

KTX from Seoul Station to Gangneung Station takes approximately 2 hours. From Gangneung Station, take a taxi (~15 minutes) to KIST Gangneung Institute, or transfer to local bus 202 / 300 toward Saimdang-ro.
Take Yeongdong Expressway and exit at Gangneung IC, then follow signs toward Saimdang-ro and the KIST campus. Visitor parking is available at the Research Building (L1) entrance — please notify ahead by email.
